The legendary jazz trumpeter Leroy Jones is known to music lovers as the "keeper of the flame" for traditional New Orleans jazz and to critics as one of the top musicians ever produced by the Crescent City.
Jones, a native of New Orleans, has a playing style that has been described as a blend of Louis Armstrong and bebop virtuoso Clifford Brown. He has been a critical figure in the history of New Orleans music.
A member of the New Orleans Jazz Hall of Fame, and leader of the Fairview Brass Band, which is credited in restoring the brass band tradition of New Orleans.
Jones is a regular at Preservation Hall in New Orleans. He has performed around the world and has made multiple television appearances. He is a regular at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival, the French Quarter Fest, and the Satchmo Summerfest.

Tenor saxophonist Lew Del Gatto has been a dynamic figure in the New York music scene for over 40 years. Lew was a saxophonist, arranger, and contractor for the Saturday Night Live band from 1975-2005. Del Gatto played with the Les Elgart Band, Sal Salvador and appeared with the world famous Johnny Carson Tonight Show Band. He played on film soundtracks “The Blues Brothers” and “The Naked Gun 2 ½”. His recording credits include: Tony Bennett, Aretha Franklin, Quincy Jones, Harry Connick Jr and the Brecker Brothers. Lew has also appeared with Frank Sinatra, Ray Charles, Liza Minelli, Buddy Rich, Herbie Hancock, Phil Woods and the Thad Jones-Mel Lewis Orchestra.
